Annual Enrollment Reports for Self-Funded Groups Now Available
As we reported in the January issue, self-funded employers are required to provide their covered employees with Form 1095-C, Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage, for 2015 tax reporting. Self-funded subscribers should use Form 1095-C to help complete their 2015 tax returns. The Annual Enrollment Report is now available after logging in to the Employer page of bcbsri.com, and will assist self-funded employers in completing Form 1095-C. The information in the report is provided by employers. BCBSRI does not provide tax advice on the preparation of Form 1095-C.
